Just before night falls,
the world turns blue.
Everything seems to pause.

Time softens. Boundaries blur.
It is the hour when instinct outweighs reason,
when flavours are born that defy explanation.

This is the blue hour.

TRUFFE NOIRE

Truffle drawn
from the dark.
Cream gathered from
the silent dawn.

Round piece of butter wrapped in white paper with a black label reading "LA MAISON DU BEURRE, BEURRE DE NUIT, TRUFFEE NOIRE, 100g, MOULAGE TRADITIONNEL À LA MAIN" placed on a brown surface.

Born in Normandy, our butter is made the old way: slow, patient, and pure.

Our Beurre de Nuit
is something else

Beurre de Nuit is crafted in partnership with 39 producers — including 29 AOP-certified farms — who supply exclusively to the creamery.

The butter is churned using traditional methods to preserve its delicate organoleptic qualities.

Each piece is then gently shaped by hand in classic wooden moulds, just as it has been for generations.
